The product description

The fi-40 full-automatic filter material integrity tester meets the requirements of GMP day certification and can be used to test the integrity of film materials and filter cores of various specifications. The integrity and performance of the filter can be determined by bubble point, diffusion flow (forward flow), pressure attenuation (pressure retention) and water immersion tests. It can be used for online filter detection, which only carries out integrity test in the upstream of the filter to guarantee the sterility of the downstream.

Accuracy of the test

Bubble point pressure and aperture test: less than 0.005mpa

Diffusion flow (forward flow) test: less than 5%

Pressure attenuation (pressure maintaining) test: less than 2%

Water intrusion test: less than 10%
