Product Introduction

  Many industrial and domestic fields require gas dedusting, the methods mainly include filtration, electrostatic precipitation, cyclone separation, inertia, and wet methods (such as spraying, Venturi, and foam). Filtration methods have higher dedusting precision, and various permeable porous filter materials can be used for dedusting.
 

  The principle of filtration dedusting includes:

  1. Sieving effect: when the dust particle size is larger than the filter material pore size, it will be intercepted, and the filter cake formed after dust interception will further improve the filtration accuracy;

  2. Inertia collision effect: dust particles collide with the filter material channels multiple times and are easier to be captured;

  3. Adsorption effect: tiny dust particles will be adsorbed by the surface or channels of the filter material.
 

  Even for filter materials not used for dust removal, dust removal efficiency (dust particle interception rate) can be used as a basic performance characterization method. Through dust removal efficiency, pore size and filtration precision information can be indirectly obtained, providing an evaluation reference for the performance of the filter material itself. Filtration efficiency generally refers to the percentage of the amount of dust filtered out of the gas to the amount of dust before gas filtration. It can also evaluate the fouling performance of the filter material by the flow attenuation of the gas during filtration. This requires monitoring the change of gas flow through the filter material with the change of filtration pressure and filtration time during gas filtration. Convenient and reliable dust removal efficiency detection technology is very important for the research, development, production, and application of filter materials.
