Hydrogen Purifier
The hydrogen purification system based on the company's metal palladium membrane has the advantages of small size, simple operation, and high hydrogen purity. It can effectively retain any substance other than hydrogen. It not only perfectly matches the hydrogen energy demand, but also has a wide range of applications in many high-tech industries such as CVD cultivated diamonds, electronic chips, powder metallurgy, MOCVD, gas chromatography carrier gas, photovoltaics, and nuclear energy.
By utilizing the characteristic that only hydrogen atoms can pass through the palladium lattice, unique selectivity for hydrogen can be achieved. That is, under pressure driving, hydrogen can easily pass through the palladium membrane, while any other gas cannot pass through, even helium can be effectively retained. This is unattainable by other hydrogen purification methods.

Ultrapure Hydrogen Generator
The ultrapure hydrogen generator adopts a combination of long-life PEM pure water electrolysis and palladium membrane tube purification of hydrogen gas to directly output ultra-high purity hydrogen. Using the ideal purification process in the hydrogen purification field—palladium membrane tube purification—to ensure that the output hydrogen has an absolute purity of more than 99.99999%.
The ultrapure hydrogen generator adopts a fully automatic one-button operation and is equipped with online water quality analysis, overpressure protection, and hydrogen leakage alarm modules to ensure that the generator has excellent stability and safety; a hydrogen purification online monitoring module can be optionally configured to monitor the output hydrogen purity in real time.

Palladium Membrane
Palladium membranes exhibit excellent permeability to hydrogen while retaining any other gases besides hydrogen, thus enabling their use in hydrogen separation and purification, hydrogen production, and hydrogen recovery. Compared to traditional rolled palladium membranes, composite palladium membranes supported on porous ceramic or stainless steel substrates are thinner. They offer numerous advantages, including high strength, high permeability, low cost, and ease of scaling up.
Palladium membrane-based hydrogen separators are easy to operate, highly efficient, and compact, making them ideal for small-scale hydrogen production systems, particularly for semiconductor-grade hydrogen and hydrogen power generation systems (such as methanol steam reforming + palladium membrane purification + fuel cell). Palladium membranes possess high-temperature stability and can also be used as membrane catalytic reactors for oxygen production, hydrogenation, and dehydrogenation reactions.
