Product Introduction
The Gaoqian small animal blood collection instrument is based on five precise peristaltic pumps, which efficiently control fluid delivery. Coupled with a coaxial sensor, it ensures the collection of pure blood samples. The integrated low-temperature stepwise collector design further enhances sample preservation stability.
The GaoQ ABS-3 instrument has a built-in refrigerated sample chamber. Fresh blood is directly collected into sample bottles in the refrigerated sample chamber for long-term preservation. The chamber contains 12 sample bottles to meet more testing needs. The blood collection volume is precise and the loss is low, suitable for experimental animals of various sizes. The instrument can operate stably for a long time. Its microcomputer control system is comprehensive and facilitates data acquisition, archiving, retrieval, and output. The operating interface is simple and easy to understand, providing users with numerous control options to maximize the satisfaction of different experimental needs.
Integrated molding (built-in cryogenic collector)
The rotating collector can store 12 samples at 4-6°C. New tubes can be added after removing sample tubes. The collector temperature can be displayed on the computer.
Removable collection tray
Digitally numbered for easy identification of sample collection location. Sample positions are collected starting from 1.
Coaxial online sensor
Measures fluid impedance to distinguish pure blood, saline, and diluted blood mixtures. Accurate and online readings ensure the collection of pure blood samples.
Low-loss storage tank
Stores diluted blood samples from the sampling front end, which are then replenished back into the animal; only 2-4μl is discarded from 40-80μl sample.
Electronic display ID
Clearly displays the ID number of each machine for easy computer control.
Blood collection software
Programmable sampling time, volume, sampling rate, and other experimental parameters. Individual settings can be made or applied to each blood collection instrument.
One computer can monitor up to 12 sets of blood collection instruments simultaneously. The main screen displays in real time the operating parameters of each machine, including sampling, collection, machine status (action parameters), collector temperature, and sensor readings.

1, Pure blood sample
The coaxial sensor is located in the fluid channel to distinguish pure blood and confirm that pure blood is accurately collected within the programmed time.
2, Direct path
Peristaltic pumps have several advantages over syringe pumps: (1) Short path, the most direct path reduces blood dilution and mixing, less blood is wasted. (2) Short sampling cycle time. (3) Sampling volume is unlimited by changing the size of the peristaltic tubing.
3, Good applicability
Low-loss or standard mode operation can be selected. Regular calibration is possible by replacing the blood collection catheter and peristaltic tube assembly. Applicable to blood sampling from a wide range of animal species, from mice and rats to larger animals.
The minimum blood collection volume is 10 μL, with virtually no blood waste, allowing for the most complete PK study data to be obtained from a single mouse.
