Porous Stainless Steel Filters
Weldable, non-toxic, and resistant to organic solvent and corrosion. Tolerating severe conditions and achieving long service life. Offering customized design to satisfy various application demand.
Material: 316L, Inconel, Monel, Hastelloy, etc.
Filter connection: Thread, Welding, Clamp, Ferrule.
Filtration rating: 0.01-10 µm.
Tube diameter: 3-100 mm.
Disc diameter: 0.5-30 cm.
Wall thickness: 0.5-3 mm.
Porosity: 25-45 %.
Asymmetric Stainless Steel Membranes
A thin microporous layer (thickness, 50﹣300 m; pore size, 0.1﹣5 m) supported on outer or inner side of a macroporous substrate. High filtration precision, low diffusion resistance.
Both the membrane layer and the substrate materials are stainless-steel.
Powder / Mesh Composite Membranes
Composing of a thin microporous sinter-powder layer on a wire mesh substrate. High porosity, low diffusion resistance. Filtration rating, 0.05-5 μm. Both the tube and shell sides are smooth.
